Nine Patch
I finished a nine patch dish cloth. It's okay.
I like it better with the border. But I am still not crazy about it.
I am glad that I did it though, because I learned a new technique - mitered corners. But I am just not feeling any love for the nine patch. It is a gift, so I hope she likes it.
They look cheerful! A nice gift. For a nice neighbor.

I love these! They really look GREAT!
I'll bet you would've liked it better if you'd put a border around each of the patches as well as around the outside.
The 9 patch looks terrific! I just so love these colors for a dish cloth, so cheery, and you can almost smell the lemon scent :)

the 9 patch looks great. Maybe some blocking will straighten it out and look better.
I thought that too.
But blocking a dish cloth is wrong!
MJ, I'm in your boat. I've loved almost all the dish cloths I've made, but I can't bring myself to make a 9-patch b/c they just don't appeal to me.
