My First Ballband Washcloth
Closeup

Here are the three washcloths for my Secret Santa from work. They look happy together. She asked for purple bath accessories and said her hobby was bubble baths. So this will be perfect. I am thinking of including a bar of fancy lavender soap.

Washcloths

I have heard that it is "love them or hate them" as far as the ballband washcloths are concerned. I love them! I will probably cast on for a pair for my neighbor as soon as I am done posting! What a perfect gift for my nice retired neighbor. What do you get for someone who has everything? Who bakes wonderful cookies every year. And even includes doggy biscuits! Yes, she is that thoughtful! Last year I knit her a scarf. This year, dishcloths!

Cute set!

What colorway is the variegated garter stitch one? Is it done on the diagonal?

Those look great! They kind of remind me of cobblestones.
